Judy’s career in diversity, equity and inclusion consulting spans over 20 years. Her focus on shifting culture and driving equity through strategic consulting, leadership & team development, workshop facilitation, and business integration was developed by working as an independent consultant and as a corporate leader. Her mission is to help people, teams, and organizations create culture transformation and co-design the conditions where inclusion and belonging enable all to thrive and do their best and most fulfilling work.

Since joining AMS as Head of the DEI consulting practice, her work has included leading global DEI diagnostics, providing Strategy Consulting and Executive Coaching, and designing training initiatives on Inclusive Hiring, Interviewing Skills, Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias for companies including Barclays, MUFG and Delta. She has also developed programs to increase underrepresented early career hires and aligned corporate cultures to increase employee retention and engagement.

Judy served as an Instructor in Workforce Diversity at the University of Cincinnati for the Master’s in Applied Psychology Program. She has a B.S. in Management & Organizations from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business. She holds certificates in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University and Coaching with the International Coaching Federation; she is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory®, a cross-culturally valid assessment of cultural competence. During her entrepreneurial career, Judy and her teams won awards including recognition as the State of Ohio’s “Minority Business of the Year” and a “Woman Inspiring Hope” by Make-A-Wish Foundation. Judy's expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has been featured in Forbes and on numerous conference platforms where she’s delivered global keynote speeches on the intersection of diversity and workplace culture and recruiting.
