Dr. Lynn Dailey is the Moor Endowed Chair in Business and Economics and a professor in the School of Management and Leadership at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She teaches in both the undergraduate and MBA programs and has been actively engaged in business consulting for national clients, non-profits and small businesses for the past 15 years. Her areas of expertise include business skills training, marketing strategy, marketing plans, business plans, customer behavior, and customer research. Dr. Dailey has published in the Journal of Business Research and Journal of Marketing for Higher Education and has presented her research at numerous national conferences including the American Marketing Association and the Association for Consumer Research.
