Annette has worked in conjunction with the California State Council and the Society for Human Resources Management to develop the California State Certification test specifications for the Human Resource Certification Institute. She served as team leader and subject matter expert on the project task force who developed the study materials for the SHRM California Learning System. Finally, Annette is an active member of the HR community serving as a Board Member and 2010 Board President of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA).
