Kate Sholonski is a certified life coach and former orthopedic/operating-room nurse. She is president of "Triumph! Personal and Professional Coaching" in Northern Pennsylvania. She also founded and heads a non-profit corporation, *Project: Inside Out*, a leadership and anti-bullying program for high school and middle school students. Kate is a successful inspirational speaker and author, whose programs focus on personal empowerment and the art of joyful living. with a specialized interest on self-care for nursing professionals.

 

David Larson is a licensed psychologist, life coach, and leadership trainer.   He is the founder of the Institute For Wellness, a counseling and educational organization serving the Upper Midwest. He works from a holistic perspective to integrate the health of mind, body and spirit. He has been a talk-show host for KTCI TV's Health Connections and Family Connections programs in Minnesota. David is the author of three books, including the recently updated work, Stepping Stones to Success with DeePak Chopra and Jack Canfield.
