Mark is an acclaimed consultant – having worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies in six of the seven continents of the world over the past two decades. As an author and highly demanded speaker, Mark has an innovative, results-focused passion for helping people make a difference.
Mark first joined the Walt Disney World Resort® in 1978, working in a wide variety of leadership roles. After more than ten years, Mark left to establish The Consultant Network, eventually leading over 60 business consultants.
In 1992, during his doctoral studies, Mark was recruited to lead the consulting team at the Federal Aviation Administration’s national training headquarters. Mark played a key role in the Department of Transportation’s organizational redesign – spearheading initiatives such as executive development, assessment and design, change dynamics, self-managed/directed work teams, and train-the-trainer programs.
Mark returned to the Walt Disney World Resort® in 1996 to help lead the transformation of the Disney Institute Business Programs. While in this role, Mark was in charge of Leadership, Creativity & Innovation, and Quality Service initiatives. He also served externally as the senior project manager for numerous highly successful large-scale organizational initiatives for leading domestic and international corporations – many of which are showcased in the Disney-published book Be Our Guest: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service. In recognition of his contribution to the Disney organization, Mark was nominated for the prestigious “Partner’s in Excellence” award – Disney’s highest regarded corporate award.
Currently, as Chief Operating Officer of World Class Benchmarking, Mark leads a network of experts from the world’s most renowned companies in implementing organizational transformation.

Sarah Hutton is currently Human Resources Director for the Venturing and Emerging Brands business of The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to this role Sarah has held leadership positions across organizational effectiveness and design, culture and engagement, and talent management. This has included leading organization design and talent management for the Coca-Cola North America/Coca-Cola Enterprises merger integration.
Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Sarah gained extensive global and multi-industry experience as a senior management consultant with A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. She specialized as a thought leader for the firm in organization effectiveness, merger integration, restructuring and business process redesign.
Sarah represents The Coca-Cola Company on the board of “Cool Girls,” an organization dedicated to driving the academic and life success of disadvantaged girls in Atlanta. She is also passionately committed to her bulldogs and her family.
Sarah has a MSc. Management from Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and a B.A. Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Heather Faire is an HR leader with over 25 years of experience. She has been with The Coca-Cola Company since 2006, where lead HR partnership for several global functions and most recently, is Group HR Director for the North America Business Unit and Strategic Marketing.
Heather began her HR career with Household Trust in Toronto, Ontario and since then, has held progressive HR roles for global organizations such as AKZO Nobel, PPG, PPR and Tyco International. Heather is a graduate of University of Toronto where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Heather is a born and bred Canuck currently working and residing in Atlanta with her husband, son, daughter and collection of stiletto heels. She spends most of her free time managing the drama and chaos of two teenagers and a spouse’s start up business. When she is not focused on family, Heather is focused on her charitable work and contributing to “Nine to Five”, a business advice column for the Globe and Mail.
