Andrew Schmidt joined the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2012 to develop and manage engagement programs for Chief Human Resources Officers. Andrew and his team have built a global community of 500 CHROs that hold peer networking events, participate in applied research and advocacy, and advise SHRM on business issues related to the HR profession. Recently, Andrew has been using his background in competency modeling to help build SHRM’s new certification for HR professionals. 

Prior to joining SHRM, Andrew was a management consultant and worked with c-level clients in finance, IT, HR, and marketing to build and transform organizational programs. He specialized in succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design. Andrew completed his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with a dissertation that examined the effects of toxic leadership on military units.

Bruce Elliott is Manager of Compensation and Benefits for SHRM. Having held senior C&B roles at the director and VP level, Mr. Elliott came to SHRM with a wealth of domestic and international experience, that includes a 4 year assignment to the United Kingdom. Mr. Elliott’s 20+ year career in Compensation and Benefits has focused on developing, implementing and managing domestic and international compensation and benefit programs for a number of publically listed companies including EADS, North America, Experian, Western Union/First Data Corporation,  Credit Suisse First Boston, UBS and Standard and Poors/McGraw-Hill.

He has a B.S in Business and Psychology from Boston College, a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at George Washington University. He also holds CCP and CBP Certifications.

Tripp Crosby is most widely known as the taller half of Tripp and Tyler, a world famous YouTube sketch comedy duo with over 25 million views.  Their work has been featured on the Today Show, CNN Headline News, and multiple times on the homepage of YouTube. 

Tripp is also the founder of Green Tricycle Studios in Atlanta, GA, an  award-winning commercial, music video, and branded entertainment production company.  Their work has been seen on multiple television networks and by millions on the world wide web. 

When he's not producing new sketches with Tyler or leading his team at Green Tricycle,  Tripp can be seen across the globe hosting  events and ceremonies for worldwide brands such as GiANT, InComm, and Delta.

Teela earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
