As we continue to evolve as leaders and professionals, the significance of emotional intelligence (EI) and mental health support in building a truly inclusive workplace has never been clearer. This roundtable will focus on how fostering emotional intelligence—both in leadership and across teams—can create an environment where mental health is prioritized, and every individual feels understood, valued, and empowered to bring their best selves to work. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, insights, and practical approaches for integrating emotional intelligence into mental health initiatives, helping to create workplaces where inclusivity and psychological safety thrive.
