For today’s business leaders, evolving and maintaining effective and responsible DEI practices is more than tables stakes in attracting top talent – it’s part of a broader economic ecosystem. When organizations can embed inclusive talent practices into the flow of work, the net effect is a win for the business, and when done well, it’s a boom for the economy. At the same time, HR leaders have the power to influence the worker experience in more profound ways than ever before, and for the first time, there’s a way to measure that impact. This session looks at the power of data to improve DEI outcomes and examines a new metric to better understand the value of HR on businesses and their people.

Learning Objectives:

  • How high engagement with HR impacts retention and performance for diverse talent.
  • The key things HR leaders can do to create more impactful engagement and genuine value in the hearts and minds of employees.
  • Using technology to enable HR engagement, not replace it.
