Adrienne Johnson, yoga & corrective exercise teacher, leads you through a mindfulness exercise called the 5 Senses Meditation. This meditative experience helps calm your thoughts and center you in your body to feel more grounded and relaxed. It can be nice to have something to taste for that portion of the meditation, such as coffee, tea, or even a mint. Invite your office colleagues or housemates to join in this quick 10-minute session.
