HR and employee relations data pours in from a variety of sources, enabling HR to spot trends, identify problems and uncover new opportunities to improve diversity and inclusion. This informative session will help you to understand the ways collaboration and data analysis can help your organization assess trends, implement best practices and eliminate bias.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how data can help you discover trends and patterns that can indicate hidden inequities in pay, investigations, hiring, etc., providing opportunities to improve diversity and inclusiveness and monitor workplace fairness.

  • Discuss best practices to ensure a fair workplace for all employees, such as consistent interview guidelines, and learn how to consistently capture data related to workplace equality across regions, business units, etc.

  • Learn how technology can enhance strategic collaboration to demonstrate HR's contributions to company value creation and build a positive, diverse and inclusive company culture.
