Tips for Planning Your Schedule
You can add sessions to MY SCHEDULE by clicking ADD TO MY SCHEDULE. The sessions you add to MY SCHEDULE will automatically sync with your schedule in the app when it goes live.
As you plan your schedule, keep in mind that sessions are first-come, first-serve*. While you do not need to register for sessions ahead of time, we recommend you arrive early to ensure you get a seat. Have a backup session for each timeframe in case a session fills up.
Adding a session to MY SCHEDULE does not register you for the conference. You must register for the conference in order to gain access to the sessions. Additionally, the preconference programming is not included in the registration fee; you must add that to your registration for an additional fee.
*Select concurrent sessions require you to sign up via an online form to secure your spot. They are marked with an asterisk (*) at the end of their title, and the online form can be found in their session description on the conference website.
All registered attendees have access to session presentations. The presentations become available approximately two weeks before the conference and will remain available for six months after the conference. To access presentations, go to https://presentations.shrm.org/. Attendees will need to log in using their SHRM login. If a speaker did not provide a PDF of the presentation, or give permission to post the presentation, it will not be listed.
