In the session, Linkage CEO, Tamla Oates-Forney will articulate the state of women in the workplace and the path to gender parity. Oates-Forney will share an overview of the hurdles to advancement that women face in the workplace. This session will set the stage for the Institute and the keynotes you will hear throughout the conference – each of which addresses one of the hurdles and how women can overcome them to advance to positions of greater leadership.
