Psychological safety is the most important factor in creating high-performance teams, and yet the biggest obstacle to creating psychologically safe teams is something we don't talk about enough: perfectionism. Did you know that one-third of your workforce is considering leaving your workplace due to perfectionist expectations? This alarming statistic underscores the urgency of addressing perfectionism within your organization. In this session, participants will explore the detrimental effects of perfectionism on team dynamics, communication, relationships, productivity, and innovation. Through interactive exercises and discussions, attendees will learn practical strategies for overcoming perfectionism to foster psychological safety, trust, and inclusion within their teams.
