Participants will learn how to leverage psychological safety to improve team effectiveness and identify key metrics related to psychological safety in the workplace to increase retention and improve bottom-lines. 

As organizations seek to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion, they must first develop a culture rooted in psychological safety if they want those diverse teams to be effective.  In this session, participants will learn how to leverage psychological safety to improve team effectiveness and identify key metrics related to psychological safety in the workplace.
