Research has long established workforce diversity as a competitive advantage - from higher employee engagement, increased profitability to greater innovation and many other outcomes. It's no wonder companies invest heavily in programs, practices, and policies to bolster diversity and inclusion in their workplaces. Yet despite the billions of dollars in investment and awareness of the strengthens of diversity and inclusion, progress is slow because we are failing to actually cultivate the mindset and behavior changes required for sustainable change - individually and organizationally. One of the most underutilized change tools is coaching. This session will explore the how digital coaching is a key to accelerating diversity and inclusion strategies.
