Attendees will learn how to ensure your diversity, equity, and inclusion program does not violate the law. 

Many workplaces are implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.  These initiatives are positive for the workplace, but can run afoul of EEO laws.  Join Jennifer Shaw as she discusses best practices for promoting DE& I without creating liability, including: How to prepare a lawful job announcement seeking diverse applicants; Appropriate and inappropriate interview questions; How to grow diverse leaders; and why a protected characteristic cannot be the "tie breaker" for any employment decision
