Workplace Application:
Learn to navigate—and correct—the gender wage gap without losing sight of the values that make your business successful.

Navigating the turbulent nature of pay disparities can be like sailing next to an iceberg: The problem seems to have a clear solution at first, but quickly you realize there is a lot more there than meets the eye and a lot of it has to do with perception. This session will examine the careful balance between addressing a gender pay imbalance and the consequences of overcorrecting through the lens of one technology company's experience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the steps you can take to uncover, and repair, any discriminatory wage disparities using data and analysis.
  • Discover how to define pay equality within your organization and use it to determine what pay equality looks like at every level.
  • Understand the value of transparency between company executives and employees and how to implement it to drive the best outcomes.
