Workplace Application:
This session will provide an opportunity for you to hear from senior-level HR leaders regarding the role that inclusion excellence will play in the workplace of the future.
This session is intended to inspire new ways of thinking, cultivate an exchange of ideas, and allow you to share your experiences regarding shifting our organizational cultures to environments that encourage employees to bring their best selves to work every day and that tap into our potential as human beings. Each panelist will first individually share their stories, insights, perspectives, strategies, playbooks and toolkits for building and retaining organizational cultures that promote a sense of belonging, a sense of connectedness and a sense of community. Then, the last 30 minutes of the session will be dedicated to moderated Q&A between panelists and attendees.

- Define and discuss inclusion excellence.
- Examine the relevance and importance of inclusion excellence in the workplace of the future.
