Sessions
Discussing the topic of privilege has become triggering for so many. Whether the focus is on the damage privilege, especially white privilege, has caused or the inequity of privilege, the topic is difficult. Unfortunately, this means that the teams don't get to the good stuff- the power of understanding one's privilege and how to use it combat inequity in organizations.
In these turbulent times, so many know they want to do something about inequity, but don't know where to start. Unfortunately, concerns about saying the wrong thing or not having the power to create change lead many to do nothing.
