Too Much, Too Fast, Too Fake: Emotional Intelligence in a Hyper-Charged World
Magnolia 14
In-Person Monday 04/17/2023 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM   Add to calendar
Competencies: Leadership (Behavioral), People (Technical) | Intended Audience: Mid-Level, Senior-Level
Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn how to prioritize emotional intelligence to help your employees and organizations thrive during the chaos that has become the status quo.

As a result of the quantity, speed, and inaccuracy of information to which individuals are exposed, we are experiencing a high level of emotional incompetence, rendering it difficult to navigate modern life. In the workplace, the impact has been significant with effects ranging from workplace violence to quiet quitting.  Organizational leaders and HR professionals must prioritize emotional intelligence (EI) to stem the tide to provide the best opportunity for their employees and their organizations to thrive during the chaos that has become the status quo.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover what EI is and why it matters more now than ever.
  • Hear why EI is the door to critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Help employees, especially leaders, develop and lead with EI.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
