Attendees will learn options for considering how to conduct substance testing, for what substances, whom to test, when, by whom, and more. 

Talent acquisition pros are on the front line of meeting and screening candidates. Managers and supervisors are often the first to observe indications that an employee may be unfit for duty. An individual's fitness for duty may be impacted by the use of prescribed medications, abuse or misuse of legal drugs, use of illegal drugs, and more. A key is determining how and for what you will test, when, by whom, and more.
