Lunch service will be in the expo with additional service and seating in the Cypress Alcoves.

Boxed lunches for the day: Choice of oven-roasted beef sandwich with horseradish cheddar, crisp lettuce, yellow mustard on a kaiser roll, Vegetarian wrap with Roasted Vegetables, Red Pepper Hummus, & Baby Spinach on a Spinach Tortilla Wrap, or a Roasted Turkey Wrap with Fresh Apple & Cabbage Slaw & Apple Cider Vinaigrette on a Whole Wheat Wrap. All lunches come with pasta salad, whole fruit, chips, a house baked chocolate chip cookie and a bottle of water ....Pepsi soft drinks, iced tea and lemonade are also available with lunch.

Attendees who cannot eat from the buffet and have already noted a dietary restriction through the registration process can see a banquets team member during lunch service to receive their meal.
