Workplace Application:
Attendess will gain insight into equity principles and guidance on first steps and a framework of resources for operationalizing equity in the workplace. 

For those looking to expand beyond diversity and inclusion to centering and operationalizing equity, this session gives you guidance on the first steps and insights into developing a course of action using Erica's C.A.R.E framework and information about trainers, experts, courses and resources to help support you in this journey.

Learning Objectives:

  • Receive a primer on key equity concepts.
  • Discover C.A.R.E framework for operationalizing.
  • Discuss sample policy review tool.
  • Hear practical applicaitons for assessing culture, policies and procedures that affect the employee life cycle.
  • Receive recommendations for courses, trainers and other resources.
