Technology is expensive and it can be hard to justify the cost of desired technology to your organization. At the same time, technology can be a game-changer in your hiring process. During this session, Jodi will provide you with the ability to look at technology in different ways to see the full potential and to get approval for the cost you will spend on that technology. We will also look at free, or low-cost, tech that can help decrease your time-to-fill or save you time during your day.
