Attendees will learn how to evaluate and leverage AI to diversify your pipeline and making your candidate evaluation process more inclusive. 

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is no longer a “nice-to-have” but a business imperative. Although the business case for having a diverse workforce provides a huge advantage to companies, there are challenges that must be overcome. This session will tackle the Bias in Hiring and offer solutions for employers to diversify their workforce & reduce bias in hiring by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and HR technology.
