In this session, we'll explore various ways that the employer/employee relationship dissolves and the possibilities for a positive relationship to continue. Discover strategies with performance management, transparency, and effective off-boarding that can ease the pain of termination and improve retention.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover a case for creating transparency regarding career transitions.
  • Review programs and processes for implementing more positive strategies when downsizing or terminations.
  • Hear new ways to bring positivity to career transitions: to mitigate risk and inspire more engagement!
  • ROI-How these strategies will positively impact the bottom line.
