SHRM, the Biden administration and Congress share a common goal – getting more Americans into the workforce and providing the training and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Now more than ever, HR leaders are playing a vital role in helping their organizations navigate federal and state laws and regulations that impact their employees.
