Attendees will learn how to tweak job posts to attract qualified, diverse candidates through simple word changes, better bullet points and other alterations. 

Want to increase your job-post engagement with diverse candidates? Sure, but how? This hands-on presentation will provide examples of why many job postings fall flat, particularly regarding inclusion, and what recruiters can do to give them a refresh. You'll walk away with tools to increase qualified candidate engagement by as much as 300 percent, and you'll reach many more qualified candidates who identify as diverse.
