Obtain ideas for diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives from leading tech companies in Silicon Valley, as well as a programmatic understanding of how degree elimination would impact global recruiting and your current visa/work permit population.

As companies roll out diversity and inclusion initiatives in the U.S. and abroad, what are the impacts on immigration programs—specifically an organization's ability to sponsor individuals for visas or work permits?  Join this lively panel discussion as they look at D&I initiatives and focused recruiting at several large international companies; discuss minority and gender representation in the tech industry, including how more diverse recruiters can lead to more D&I in the overall workforce; and an evaluation of initiatives such as how degree requirement elimination will impact visa and work permit sponsorship in the U.S. and across the globe.
