As harassment prevention commands increasing attention both in and outside of work, this session focuses on the key methods used to communicate the importance of respect in the workplace. You will be inspired to craft a communication plan and training component for your organization to further dialogue surrounding this important topic. Innovative elements to build harassment-prevention training modules for leaders and employees will be explored.
