Talent acquisition is key to organizational competitive advantage. We must now transform and innovate our recruiting processes through excellence in the use of tools and technologies to help us assess talent faster and better. We also need to build and cultivate relationships. This session will discuss the tools and resources you need to transform into a true recruitment consultant, including how to improve relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and executive to improve speed and quality, lessen costs, quality and build a stronger pipeline. This session will show you how to:

·         Use contracting in day-to-day relationships, and how to walk the line between being “of service”
          while not being “customer service.”

·         Position yourself and your teams as expert consultants, not internal vendors.

·         Leverage the four key components of a great recruiting Service Level Agreement to more effectively set
and manage hiring manager expectations and drive accountability.
