Workplace Application:
You will leave with a renewed hope of improving your candidate experience and actionable next steps to bring back to your organization.

This session will take a look at the amazing potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technology within talent acquisition, specifically in terms of candidate experience. This session will also walk you through, in simple terms, the definition and examples of AI today, as well as dispel some of the doomsday rhetoric. With over 65 percent of today's job applications going untouched, most candidates will never know why they didn't receive a call, or even an e-mail. Emerging AI technology will help you take control of your candidate experience, giving more clarity and transparency to candidates. Ultimately, improvie candidate response time, reduce time to fill and keep the “human” in “human resources.” This session will explain how disruptive technology is giving us a second chance to revive our application process. During this session you will:

·         Examine the exciting (and sometimes terrifying) potential of AI and talent acquisition—
everything you wanted to know about AI for recruiting but were afraid to ask.

·         Learn how technology can help optimize your existing candidate pool and the potential
          it holds for high-volume hiring.

·         Understand what this means for your business. AI is here to help you, not replace you!

·         Learn how AI can augment the talent acquisition process and optimize your recruiter capacity.

·         Get an overview of vendors in this space, as well as an overview of where the technology is headed.

·         Learn how to bring this technology to your company, who should be implementing it and how to fit
an initiative like this on your already overwhelming to-do list.
