You will learn techniques for providing a rich candidate experience while balancing high-volume hiring from a leading entry-level employer.

This session will explore hiring techniques for entry-level and high-volume hiring from Enterprise Holdings, which owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-a-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent a Car brands. We will explore how Enterprise recruiters balance high-touch with technology in the recruiting process and leverage insightful platform data to aid their recruitment decisions and streamline hiring processes. Enterprise hires nearly 10,000 college graduates worldwide as part of their Enterprise Management Training Program, with another 2,000 people added to their Management Internship Program, so building a talent pipeline through both the entry-level positions and the internship program has proven to be critical in fueling a promote-from-within culture. Partnering with industry-leading talent acquisition software provider iCIMS to bolster recruitment and brand recognition efforts has helped the company capture both active and passive candidates. This session will examine the possibilities of when a large employer partners with a robust talent acquisition software provider to attract top talent. You will learn tips and techniques to help you:

·         Take full advantage of today's recruiting technology to enhance the consumer-driven candidate experience
and attract and retain the best entry-level candidates as the foundation of your businesses.

·         Rethink your approach to recruiting candidates and introduce successful techniques to both deliver
a top-notch hiring experience and attract future leaders.

·         Leverage hiring data to make better informed hiring decisions, gain a deeper understanding of modern
recruitment trends and produce healthy return on investment results.
