We will explore effective facilitation techniques and offer you a toolkit of strategies you can use to improve how you are meeting your presentation goals. In this session you will learn the following three phases:
- Preparation: How to Understand Your Audience/Customer in Advance.
- Presentation: Format, How You Show Up and Managing Flow of Content.
- Executive: Style, Meeting Your Objectives and Driving Impact.
