Workplace Application:
Get actionable insight into the business case for diversity and steps you can take to measure and improve diversity and inclusion.

The word “diversity” is top of mind in boardrooms and company mission statements. To say it is one thing, but how are we measuring true success in realizing the fruits of organizational diversity? We know that organizations often have challenges with diversity as you go higher into an organization, but what actions can be taken to improve that situation? This session will examine the business case for a diverse and inclusive organization, address obstacles to achieving success, and provide actionable insights into scorecards that will provide visibility beyond just the hiring funnel. In this session you will:

  • Explore the business case for diversity, including the bottom line, employee retention and growing talent from within.
  • Gain a strong understanding of what diversity in the workplace looks like, challenges to success, and how to make diversity an integrated component of the organization.
  • Learn a methodical approach to measuring diversity—beyond hiring statistics—within an organization.
