The 2016 McQuaig Global Talent Recruitment Survey revealed that only 25 percent of HR professionals believe their leaders are truly effective. The results also exposed differences in how companies with effective leaders try to attract talent, what they are doing to develop leaders, what it means for hiring manager engagement and what companies need to do to address this crisis in leadership. This session will cover the state of talent recruitment globally and regionally, as well as strategies that companies are employing to attract talent.
