President Donald Trump has vowed to have the Department of Labor investigate abuses of visa programs, and a new Department of Justice rule expands the scope of what is considered “intentional discrimination” in the hiring process. This session will provide you with insight into the scope of typical government enforcement activities related to immigration, including Form I-9 and E-Verify audits, Department of Homeland Security site visits for H-1B and L-1 visa holders, and Department of State enforcement related to J-1 visas. Learn the reach of immigration investigations and how employers can ensure that they are compliant. In this session, you will:
