The Obama administration has focused on addressing fair employment issues through executive actions and regulatory initiatives that are impacting the federal contracting procurement process. Over the last few years, the HR community has been busier than ever managing these changes. In this informative session, you will receive an overview of the newest policies impacting your compliance obligations when you do business with the federal government, information on how the government will review your compliance efforts, and tools and resources to ensure that you meet the latest requirements.
