Sally Windisch's professional journey highlights her commitment to advancing inclusion, equity, and diversity in the workplace through research and collaboration. As a Researcher at SHRM, Sally collaborates with SHRM Foundation and external stakeholders to bring forward research-based solutions for integrating Untapped Talent Pools into the workforce and supporting their success.

Before joining SHRM, Sally served in a variety of research roles at organizations such as San Diego State University's Action Research on Community Health Equity and Stigma Lab (ARCHES lab) and public health agencies.

Sally graduated from San Diego State University's School of Public Health with an MPH in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science and a BS from California State University East Bay.
