Pamela is a renowned expert in online social community management, who has spoken on the subject at events in the US and internationally. She believes in the power of social media, providing guidance on personal branding and to introduce products to HR professionals. Through her groups she stays abreast of current trends and issues facing the HR profession on a global scale.

Pamela spent 24 years in the US Navy then 18 years in traditional HR roles from Analyst to Director in Public, Private and Non-Profit sectors in a variety of industries.
