Francis joined Supplemental Health Care in 2016 with a mission to enhance and build upon the company’s solid foundation of providing compassionate care and service to both healthcare providers and their patients.  She has continued to focus on creating opportunities for both providers and practitioners and on providing the highest level of service possible, through the company’s I.C.A.R.E philosophy (Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence).
