Learn methods for identifying what qualified candidates find valuable during their job search and how to create and distribute content that inspires them to join your team.

More than 60 percent of Sodexo USA’s management-level hires in 2016 reported using one or more of Sodexo’s social online properties during their job search. While channel preference varied between internal and external hires, the message was clear: Both types of candidates found value in content highlighting company culture, the ability to ask questions and receive answers in real time, and reading firsthand accounts from current employees. This is why having a “career newsroom” is vital to the success of your recruitment efforts. You must create content that speaks to what candidates truly want to know and identify methods for putting it at their fingertips. In this session, Autumn Anderson will dig in to the results of Sodexo’s 2018 New Hires survey and share her team’s strategy for creating compelling content for candidates online.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover an opportunity to better understand how the best-qualified candidates for your company approach their job search.
  • Identify topics and themes for content creation that speak to potential candidates.
  • Learn how to develop a content strategy that aligns with your organization’s initiatives.
  • Explore various methods and tools for distributing career-focused content to an audience of interested job seekers.
