It comes as no surprise that workforce engagement remains one of the top reasons leaders and managers lose sleep at night. The fact is that there is no magic wand; increasing employee engagement takes patience, persistence and consistency. Moreover, it takes desire and willingness. This session will present seven “boots on the ground” engagement strategies that serve to ignite desire and willingness in both the leader and the team member(s). These seven pragmatic solutions will enable you to better assist your managers, encourage the workforce, and perhaps even inspire yourself to become more engaged in your work.
