We also need to build and cultivate relationships. This session will discuss the tools and resources you need to transform into a true recruitment consultant, including how to improve relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and executive to improve speed and quality, lessen costs, quality and build a stronger pipeline. This session will show you how to:

·         Use contracting in day-to-day relationships, and how to walk the line between being “of service”
          while not being “customer service.”

·         Position yourself and your teams as expert consultants, not internal vendors.

·         Leverage the four key components of a great recruiting Service Level Agreement to more effectively set
