Trying to understand a military resume can be difficult. Between the style, extensive use of acronyms, unusual job titles and wide range of qualifications, many military resumes can be complicated—and overlooked during the resume review process. This session will explore what makes a military resume unique, and best practices to evaluate these resumes to assist you in finding your next great employee. This session will help you:

·         Understand the differences of a military resume, specifically in the areas of resume style, military terminology,
          job classifications and job skills.

·         Discover resources and best practices to more effectively understand and evaluate military applicants
          during the recruiting process, which can lead to an increase in qualified applicants and improved retention.
