Workplace Application:
You will learn how to infuse more objective, reliable and predictive data into your selection system to maximize hiring accuracy.

It has happened to the best of us. Despite our greatest efforts, occasionally we make a terrible hiring decision. Rest assured, these mistakes are not a reflection of your competence, but rather a reflection on the inadequacy of the data points we have at our disposal. In this session, you will learn how to integrate data from assessment tools that directly correlate with the objectives most important to your business. During this session you will:

·         Learn about the relative predictive power of different types of assessment tools,
and where in the hiring process they offer the most value.

·         Discuss how to identify and prioritize the most important attributes to measure in candidates.

·         Explore ways to demonstrate the positive impact of your selection system on the business.
