Workplace Application:
This session will teach techniques to help you be more influential in the workplace.

In the “soft culture” of modern business, which includes cross-functioning teams and matrixed organizations, it can be challenging to get things done. What does it take? The ability to influence. Why are some people more effective than others? What is it that they do? What is it that they say? This session will teach you both skills and strategies for influencing without authority—a critical skill for all talent management professionals. You will learn how to:

·         Recognize influence requirements for current and future initiatives.

·         Leverage the building blocks of influence (CRC2 model).

·         Apply influence skills to build support for organizational initiatives and affect change.
