·         Understand how to leverage social media data to help identify and find diverse talent.

·         Drive a philosophy of inclusion in your search for right-fit talent and understand why diversity is essential to building
           valuable, holistic and creative teams.

·         Learn how to narrow your search for diverse talent to fill technology roles, as well as implement new methods of sourcing
to uncover and infuse minorities, veterans, women and other underrepresented talent into your workforce.
