Recent federal and state legislation and litigation regarding gay marriage and LGBT discrimination, as well as updated EEOC guidance for creating an LGBT-friendly workplace, mean changes need to be made to company handbooks, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training, and, potentially, benefits. During this session, you will:

  • Get an update on the status of federal and state laws and legislation regarding protections for LGBT employees and mandates for employers.
  • Learn about the impact the new administration may have on current and future laws and legislation.
