California has passed numerous wage and hour related laws that took effect in 2013 and 2014.  The new requirements coupled with existing regulations have made California a challenge for employers with employees who provide service in California.   This session will guide non-California-based employers with employees who work in California with up-to-date information regarding the newest wage and hour compliance risks and will offer strategies to assess and mitigate these risks.
